    Final Fantasy XI will probably go down as my favorite game of all time. Ive been banned for around 2 years & though not a day goes by that I wish I wasnt banned,It was kind of a good thing that I was. FFXI was VERY addicting to me & when I look back I dont think I spent asmuch time with my family that I should/could have.

    As far as botting goes: I never did It & I really didnt care about it since even though with my 75PLD,75MNK,75WHM,75BRD,75BLM,75NIN,55WAR(I feel like I'm forgetting another 75) no LS would have me as I made It a mission to be the most famous name on the server. Turns out I DID become the most famous...most famous for being notorious/hated/etc,etc.

    But even though I never really did much end-game stuff...I'm happy for those who were recruited from the StormriderzFTW that did. Many of It's members made It Into good shells & I'm sure they had many grand adventures & good times. Good for them.

    As far as buying gil: To each his own. I never did It. But I can see the appeal as toward the end of my characters life prices were EXTREMLY high. I can see how people would WANT some cool gear but didnt have the time to put In the effort. Talking about this games economy brings back memories of when a chocobo ride In La Thiene used to cost 5k+ a ride lol.

    In case anyone was wondering why I got banned the story goes as follow...I'll make It quick: IN Whitegate someone was hating as usual saying "You suck" or what not. I replied "Yeah..I suck! I tank as a WHM,Cast -aga spells in crouwded camps,I buy gill,etc" just to talk shit about myself or whatever.

    GM warped me. Even though I tried to explain the situation that I never bought gil...The GM wasnt having It AT ALL. And Insta banned me for life.

    Anyways...I had some good times with many people and though I wished it never ended...Life goes on.

    My FFXIV collectors edition copy has been In my game stack for months & once my tax check arrives I'll be buying be a Alienware so I can play XIV at work and will be hoping for some more good times.
